Don't bother filling out questionaires to get started. Simply browse our list of preset goals to find one that's right for you.
If you succeed, your entrance fee will be put towards a gift card of your choosing!
If you don't succeed, your entrance fee with be put towards a charity of your choosing!
Over 99% of surveyed users agree, wellness goals are more motivating when you do them with your friends! Furthermore, over 98% of respondants agree that having a reward further motivates a successful wellness goal outcome.
Goals are tracked alongside other users to provide extra motivation and accountability. Additionally, each goal has a registration price. If you complete the goal successfully you will be rewarded with a gift card of your choosing. If you missed your target, you will be presented with a list of charities to donate your entrance fee towards - everybody wins!

I would prefer not to spend any money, can I still participate in a wellness goal?
Soon! We're currently working hard on a new feature to allow participants to join wellness goals free of charge. However regardless of the outcome no gift card or charity donations will be made.

Which charities can I donate to if I'm unsuccessful?
If unsuccessful, you will be given the option of donating to any of the following charities: Doctors without Borders, International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, ACLU, American Red Cross, Animal Shelter Crisis Aid, Black Emotional and Mental Health Collection, Black Girls Code, Black Health Matters, Black Women's Health Alliance, Campaign Zero, Carbonfund.org, Children International, Clean Water Fund, Direct Relieft, Girls who Code, Loveland Foundation, March of Dimes, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Rebuild for Peace, Southern Poverty Law Center, Susan G. If I succeed at my goal, can I still donate funds to a charity?
Absolutely! If you succeed, you will be given the option to either receive a gift card reward or donate to a charity of your choice.
Are charity donations tax deductable?
Sure are. If your entrance fee is put towards a charitable donation you will be emailed a digital recipt which can be used as a write-off.
Are you pet friendly?
